LivingPlus Haven Uganda is building a future where young people overcome substance abuse, restore their mental health, and live purposeful lives.
A research-driven, faith-based organization working at the heart of one of Uganda’s most urgent youth crises.
Rising substance abuse and poor mental health are putting young lives at risk across West Nile.
Across the West Nile region, young people are facing rising substance abuse, untreated mental health challenges, and limited access to support systems.
Without intervention, these challenges continue to lead to school dropouts, family instability, addiction, and long-term social vulnerability.
LivingPlus Haven Uganda works to restore hope through prevention, recovery support, and community-based interventions.
Many young people across West Nile still lack access to the support and protection systems needed to overcome substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Our programs are creating lasting change by empowering young people, strengthening communities, and responding to one of West Nile’s most urgent youth crises.
LivingPlus Haven Uganda is an indigenous, faith-driven Community-Based Organization headquartered in Arua City.
Since 2023, we have pioneered a holistic approach to tackling what we call the “Burden of Formation”—where young people are trapped by the combined effects of poverty, substance abuse, and weak support systems.
We act as a bridge between schools, families, and communities by providing mental health support, prevention programs, and community-based interventions.

We exist to Rescue, Raise and Restore lives for purposeful and healthy living.
Every person living the fullness of life.
Through clinical, psycho-social, and community-based interventions, we are building a future where young people thrive.
